Project Overview
The Starpoint educational complex project involved the construction of a state-of-the-art STEM wing, general classroom modernizations, and administrative facility updates. Designed to meet modern pedagogical standards, the building integrates open-collaborative learning zones, dynamic laboratories, and highly sustainable infrastructure systems.
The Construction Challenge
Executing a major structural construction program on an active middle school campus required strict safety cordons, dust mitigation, noise restrictions during testing periods, and careful phasing to avoid disrupting student learning schedules.
Our Solution & Execution
SCCG implemented a three-phase schedule, utilizing precast elements fabricated off-site to reduce construction noise and dust. We established an airtight security plan and completed the heaviest utilities tie-ins and structural framing during the summer break, delivering the project ahead of the school term start.
“SCCG's preconstruction engineering resolved key logistics questions early. Their scheduling control and safety protocols ensured we delivered our project milestones with absolute reliability.”
